Lenovo to release permanent solution for Yoga laptops freeze

The Issue

This petition addresses a group of people who have chosen Lenovo company to obtain a tool for their everyday business, educational or personal needs and got into the trap of infinite loop of searching for a solution to make their product work.

A decent amount of people who've chosen the latest device from Lenovo (Yoga 9i) have problems with random system freezes. Students, employees who were seeking a reliable, powerful, and stable platform for their needs stuck with randomly faulting devices due to the return dates that passed in the first weeks of purchase. After spending a decent budget on the top-of-the-line device they can't receive adequate support from the manufacturer warranty, other than clearing caches, resetting systems and etc. System updates, BIOS updates, switching to the Windows 11 doesn't help as well. Some people became victims of the careless, ignorant and incompetent technicians who were assigned by the Lenovo company and damaged the devices and caused various costly problems unrelated to the issue while performing useless procedures which didn't make sense due to some kind of core issue that is present (replacing motherboard, replacing SSD).

It's is reported by external resources that Lenovo's own software conflicts with the Windows system. Some of them related to the Windows Security updates which were related to the fingerprint readers, which Lenovo has its own software for. Others assume the problem might be caused by power management issues or graphics driver issues. However, any software solution that has been tried to solve these issues wasn't successful, while Lenovo didn't provide any crucial updates from them that might solve the issue.

In this petition, we demand Lenovo address this issue, since there is a whole community of customers who use this product and loyally stick to the company. We demand to either receive a harmless solution that won't ruin the devices we own or provide a piece of honest information that wouldn't give us a false hope that our laptop will serve us normally sometime!
