Regulate cultivation by enforcing strict quality controls.
Restrict distribution by requiring strict licensing across all channels.
Require clear labelling and packaging standards.

Ultimately, we urge Malaysia to legalize medical marijuana to provide patients with safe, legal, and effective treatments they deserve.
