By now most of us know of the overwhelmingly positive results of medical marijuana use for patients with aliments ranging for debilitating seizures, to glaucoma, PTSD, cancer and countless more; yet so far, our state government has been very slow to act on this issue which is of dire and immediate importance to a large portion of their very own constituency.

The goal of this petition is to inform the leaders of our state government that we have waited long enough and we are ready. It is time to take steps towards not only safe and legal use but also safe and legal access to medicinal cannabis for the Kentuckians who desperately need it.
