We, the undersigned dietitians working in Egypt and abroad, respectfully submit this petition to request the official recognition and legal regulation of the dietitian profession in Egypt, due to the following:

Dietitians are essential healthcare professionals, yet our profession is not officially recognized by the Ministry of Health and Population.
Lack of legal recognition restricts our ability to practice freely and exposes us to unjust professional and legal risks.
Previous attempts to establish the Egyptian Dietitian Syndicate to formalize our profession have not yet been approved by Parliament.

We respectfully demand:

Official legal recognition of the dietitian profession in Egypt.
Creation of an official registry of dietitians within the Ministry of Health and Population.
The right to practice our profession freely under Egyptian law.

We urge the Egyptian government to take immediate legal and administrative action to secure our professional rights and support public health by properly regulating this vital profession.

نحن الموقعون أدناه، أخصائيي التغذية المصريين العاملين في مصر وخارجها، نتقدم بهذا الالتماس للمطالبة بالاعتراف القانوني بمهنة أخصائي التغذية وتنظيمها رسميًا، نظرًا لما يلي:

أخصائي التغذية مهنة قائمة وضرورية لصحة المجتمع، لكنها غير معترف بها رسميًا في سجلات وزارة الصحة والسكان المصرية.
عدم الاعتراف القانوني يضع الأخصائيين أمام قيود تعسفية على ممارسة مهنتهم، ويعرضهم لمخاطر قانونية ومهنية غير مبررة.
محاولات تأسيس نقابة لأخصائيي التغذية في مصر لتقنين الوضع القانوني لم يتم قبولها حتى الآن من قبل البرلمان المصري.

بناءً عليه، نطالب بما يلي:

الاعتراف القانوني بمهنة أخصائي التغذية في مصر.
إنشاء سجل رسمي ومحدد لأخصائيي التغذية ضمن وزارة الصحة والسكان.
السماح بمزاولة المهنة بحرية وفق القوانين واللوائح المصرية.

نحن الموقعون نلتمس من سيادتكم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية اللازمة فورًا لتأمين حقوقنا المهنية وحماية صحة المواطنين من خلال دعم المهنة.
