A TEACHER racially discriminating against a 15yr old black girl AND violating the FERPA law (A FEDERAL LAW THAT PROTECTS THE PRIVACY OF STUDENT EDUCATION RECORDS), leaking her WHOLE ENTIRE IEP (INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM: A LEGAL DOCUMENT UNDER THE U.S LAW THAT IS DEVELOPED FOR EACH PUBLIC SCHOOL CHILD IN THE U.S WHO NEEDS SPECIAL EDUCATION) out to the WHOLE ENTIRE Hudson High School just shortly after INAPROPRIATELY (ON VIDEO) playing in and analyzing her hair (singling her out) in front of the WHOLE ENTIRE class strongly stressing the fact that ITS NOT REAL. This teacher DESTROYED a perfectly sane and well taken care of 15yr old black girl, stressing her out so much making her loose her mind, slowly making her deteriorate from the real world and making her become a mental health patient. This teacher took this sweet and perfectly sane girl's sense of safety and confidence away from her for a careless "mistake" which resulted in a broken 15yr old girl that can't stop her mind from racing, her being bullied, now thinking everyone around her is racist, out to harm or just a plain threat and even being called "stupid, retarded and or the girl who got her IEP leaked to the whole school. The high school teacher who took this little girl's precious and one and only high school experience away from her needs to be held "HIGHER THAN ACCOUNTABLE!... (KATIE WRIGHT) " This teacher COMPLETELY DAMAGED a BIG YouTube HAPPY family of 11, forcing them to watch their 15yr old loved one see many nights of no sleep, the suffering of mental health and the fight of feeling really low, singled out, uneducated compared to the rest and at such a young age who was perfectly healthy, super smart and totally sane before this all took place. Please help bring this little girl's sanity and life back to normal and help her see the justice she DESERVES. Weve contacted everyone we possibly can and because the teacher didn't "physically harm her" she was able to return to school after just a TWO-DAY investigation period and we get nothing but our broken 15yr old loved one who will never be the same person again and no legal support to truly help out or even really build a case at all. HUDSON HIGH SCHOOL HAS NOT GIVEN US ANY ANSWERS AND INSTEAD IS SAYING ITS HUMAN RESOURCES THAT DEALS WITH THE SITUATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES IS JUST SUGAR COATING THE FACT THAT THE TEACHER DISOBEYING THE FERPA LAW AND LEAKING THIS CHILDS DOCUMENTS TO EVERYONE IN THE SCHOOL (ADMINSTRATION, STAFF AND STUDENTS) WAS JUST AN "ACCIDENT"!!!! Yes, we are all just humans and yes, we all make mistakes but, HEARTBREAKINGLY the only one paying for this "MISTAKE" right now is the VICTIM AND THE VICTIMS SANITY! (A poor 15yr old developing young BLACK girl, born and raised predominately around NO PEOPLE OF THE SAME SKIN COLOR....) She EMBRACED her skin color and everyone loved her for it, for being herself, she WAS always social and active and NOW NO LONGER IS THAT PERSON!... Plese help this family get their youngest baby girl back (FOLLOWING THE INFO SHORTLY BELOW...) so they can live happily ever after like MRS. PATRICIA BOUVIER got to do just TWO DAYS AFTER DESTRYOING THIS SWEET 15YR OLD YOUNG BLACK GIRLS LIFE!!!!!!....BY "MISTAKE"
