Elite kingdom appeared on the real state scene about 7/8 years ago, promising to provide access to litigation free and secure lands at Afienya and Oyibi  for working class Ghanaians and low income earners alike. They promised to spread payments for the land over a year or two and after a 50% payment, you could request for documentation on your allocated land.

My mother happened to have fully paid for a land from Elite Kingdom in 2015 and she has not been allocated a land, neither have they provided her with any documents on the land. Even if they are able to allocate a land for you, you would have to develop your land with materials they (Elite Kingdom) will supply you at what ever price the provide it, otherwise you forfeit ownership of the land

When it comes to refunds they have so many strings attached. They can refund about 50% - 60% of whatever amount you spent purchasing the land.

Several trips to their offices by my mother has yielded no fruits. The lines they have provided all seem not to go through and when it does no one answers. 

They tell her to write a letter through whatsapp after having asked her to write a formal complaint letter to receive her refunds. The person you would meet will tell you they have no information and will treat you rudely

The real perpetrators behind this have all gone into hiding with no proper traces of their offices.

I thought this was an isolated case involving my mother but it seems to be a lot bigger as a lot of people fell for their scheme (Please refer to the links I provided at the top of this write-up)

I am starting this petition because I believe that the laws in Ghana do work and nobody should be allowed to dupe Ghanains using trusted modes of advertising and go free. There seems to be nothing we can do individually but I believe if people affected by the elite kingdom scam, come together our voices will be much louder and those behind this will not be able to hide any longer. That is why I have copied it to persons whom I believe will be able to assist in bringing about justice for all
