I heard today from Fred Thomas’ office that there is an update on their enquiry sent to the Council on our behalf. The Council responded by suggesting the investigating team will be in contact with them.

A very relevant article by the BBC has just been published pointing out that mature trees are essential for their survival and well-being.

Planting saplings will not provide the necessary life conditions until they reach a certain maturity which can take many years. It’s really important that we ensure the survival of these beautiful mature trees.
