Currently still planned are an overwhelming 980 plus apartments and homes for the last remaining precious green spaces that the town .  

This will undoubtedly bring a parking chaos with little space for the tourists and day-trippers who embark on the town daily throughout the year. 

These last remaining areas once built on are gone forever if overwhelmed with all this housing and roads and residential parking .  
After months of waiting we are pleased to announce that the regeneration project is now hopeful to include possibilities like a lido pool and leisure centre with lots more of amenities which us great but many are concerned about the traffic and parking for both residents and visitors. 

We were hopeful for Lots more green space park areas and walkways to help nature thrive and  bringing enjoyment and coastal education to local schools , plentiful cafes and restaurants and children's parks and facilities.  
New  coastal amenities and leisure activities and at the CORE  of the new concept and not a vast housing estate.   A real revitalised seaside resort that  community members are proud of and allows for a prosperous future and for business to thrive. 

We understand some housing is needed absolutely but not to overwhelm and develop  in such a small area, this is the last opportunity to help bring a lasting thriving regeneration area to this seaside town .
