Pearcedale is a thriving community.  We are proud of our community.  Locals support local small business.

Recently Jasman Pty Ltd increased the rent and failed to renew leases for a number of businesses in the local shopping centre.  The businesses that operate there have immense support from the locals.

Thrifty Link Hardware is a small business owned and operated by Adrian and Liz for the last 21 years.  The Landlords are increasing their rent by 270%.  This is on the back of COVID.

It is time for us to make sure that we show our support and ensure that this is rectified.  It is important so that we can preserve our local community.
