As you are aware a 'Full Safety Review' has as yet not been produced and/or made public! This is a copy of the most recent email I have sent in response to all below: It was sent on Friday 30th November.
Hi John,
Thanks for this, but I can't see the bit in the email where you have asked for further info. If I'm honest I can't believe the cameras picked up nothing in relation to safety issues that were raised by myself and the signatories of the petition. I saw another near miss this morning whilst walking back from the rugby pitch with the dog and there was also the accident last Friday. Can we have an intensive analysis based upon the issues raised within the petition?

Hi John
As requested below is an update from the Signals team following the surveillance that was carried out on this junction. I have also spoken to Michael White who confirms there was nothing from a safety point of view that has been found.
The traffic survey cameras filmed from early afternoon on the 21st September to the evening of the 27th September continuously. The footage has been reviewed by our traffic technician and he reports that nothing unusual for that particular junction was picked up.
John probably not what we thought the outcome would be so please let me know if there is anything else you wish for the team to do.
Kind Regards
Phil
