I am a rickshaw operator. A pedicab operator, to be more accurate. Most of my close friends are too.  There are thousands of us nationally who have become professionals.  Much like the service industry, without large events, our livelihood is on hold indefinitely due to the Corona Virus and the Covid-19 illness associated with it. Under Mitch McConell's currrent Coronavirus Economic Relief proposals, all of us may slip through the cracks, and not receive a relief check.

Small business owners in different industries stand to miss out as well.  Ie. Hot dog carts, flower stands, many of the people who have added so much to bustling places like Austin, New Orleans, and Nashville. Any major US city has these small businesses and it is important that they receive their due. We are savvy workers who are in a position to put relief funds to sensible and prudent use.  We communicate over national networks and can collaborate to aid our countrymen in our finest hour, but we could use our lunch money. So please, amend these proposals!
