At least the City is being honest that the silly $5M+ "roundabout" that is being built is to serve Costco and their customers, not the residents and taxpayers.

Not surprising that they are moving forward with everything despite there still being a viable challenge to this deeply flawed development in federal court. We will keep you posted as the litigation continues to progress.
