The City's attempts to stifle public input on the proposed Costco never ceases to amaze us.

Despite what was said to the TV cameras, the City Council currently has no plans to allow oral public comment at the continued public hearing on Dec. 10th at 7PM despite the fact that they closed the last hearing with several dozen residents waiting to provide oral comments on the project.

The council can and should elect to allow more oral comment at the hearing but we likely won’t know until the day of. We encourage all of you to reach out to the City and ask that they do the right thing and allow people to speak. This is the ONLY opportunity for the public to provide input on this terrible project.
