We have just learned why the City and Costco have been so quiet on exactly who will be paying for the infrastructure needed for the nearly $10 MILLION dollar Costco project in Lake Stevens.

In short, taxpayers will disproportionately pay for 60% of the project, or over $6 MILLION dollars. This is according to data from the City.

This should give everyone serious pause and concern about this project and the motivations behind it!
