Tonight the Plan Commission will hear the Developer and City’s petition for a Special Use Permit, Zoning Change, and Plat Consolidation.  They voted this down 3-2 on January 13, and sent their vote to the City Council.  Last month the Council sent the petition back to Plan, with the direction that they consider other options as they analyze this request. No other options have been presented at this point.  Please attend tonight’s meeting:
