We, the undersigned, respectfully express our opposition to a request for rezoning and special use at 373 East Westminster, Lake Forest, in order to expand an existing condominium development into the East Lake Forest Historic District.   It is important to note that we are not opposed to mindful progress, as long as it is balanced with preservation.  There has been no demonstrated need to rezone a single-family home when the condominium building has been approved for a site sufficient next door.
