Great news!  Last night the Plan Commission  voted down the developers’ latest attempt to rezone a portion of the property at 373 Westminster for condos.  This will now go before the City Council for final decision on the rezoning/special use petition. The City Council now has not one but two Plan Commission denials and we are hopeful it will stand by the Commission’s rejection of the rezoning.
