Subject: Holding Off Any Sewage Treatment Rate Increases or Levies Until Transparent Review

We're asking for a pause on any rate increases until we've had a clear talk.

Here's the situation:

As residents, we are not happy about potential rate increases for sewage treatment without fully understanding the reasons behind these costs. We're not pointing fingers, but we believe in fairness and transparency. Let's not rush into raising rates until we've had open discussions about the decisions and operations that led to these financial needs and the funding options available. 

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge the Council of the Township of Ramara to act now to:

1. Halt any rate hikes until we've had transparent, open discussions about the sewage treatment costs.
2. Facilitate clear and honest communication about the sewage situation and options.
3. Facilitate active involvement of residents in deciding on the use of community grants.
