Only 16% of UNISON members pay into Labour Link – our union’s affiliated political fund. What more proof do we need that UNISON members no longer see Labour as representing our interests! And with over 700,000 people supporting the declaration by Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana for a new party, it's clear that workers everywhere are looking for an alternative to the pro-austerity, pro-war agenda of Starmer's Labour.

It's time all UNISON members had the chance to democratically decide who we want to politically represent us. We support a full review of UNISON’s political funds so that our money can be used to back only those political candidates and parties who clearly support our union’s policies.
