UPDATE! She been so scared and did not do well on her ASSESSMENT and needs help now! A5217869 – This dog was at the front of the kennel with a low soft wag, slight whale eye and a slightly open mouth. She sniffed the runner’s hand and leash, and was able to be removed from kennel easily. She pulled on leash slight. Inside the catch pen, she was able to be collared easily. She stared at the dogs from a distance and finally decided to approach the gate. She had a tense body, high fast wagging tail, hard stare and closed mouth. She challenged the dogs through the gate and began growling. The handlers decided to place a muzzle on her. She was then allowed into the play yard, where she remained stiff and tried going after some of the dogs. She was easy to correct but once handlers walked away, she would attempt to lunge at other dogs. The handlers decided to send her out of the yard for her offensive behavior toward other dogs. However, she remained friendly throughout her human interaction and was responsive to corrections. She will be alone time for now. She will also be rescue only with a waiver.
