HIDDEN in QUARANTINE - RESCUE ONLY - NEEDS a FOSTER and RESCUE NOW!!

LIONEL is feeling much better but he was left tied to a pole when the Shelter was closed. He had a tight muzzle around his face that had been there for a long time. He came in very traumatized and it took weeks before they could do his first assessment because he would not let the Staff near him. He is waiting on his second assessment but currently he is RESCUE ONLY. Please SHARE for his life, a FOSTER and RESCUE would save him once his second assessment is done. Thanks!
