Johnny Depp’s ex-wife Amber Heard was seen with bruises while her husband was abroad.
Witness Trinity Esparaza says she saw hand marks on Heard’s neck two weeks after Depp, 57, allegedly hurled a phone at her.
In a signed deposition, the witness says she saw a mark on Heard’s left cheek – the opposite cheek Heard said Depp had injured.
She describes two finger marks on Heard’s neck and a bruise to her cheek. “She dropped her keys down the elevator chute. She had bruises on her neck and a Band-Aid.”
Asked if Depp was in the country, Esperaza tells the actor’s lawyers: “No.”
Lawyer Adam Waldman said: “It turns out, Amber Heard actually was damaged in June 2016, with finger shaped marks on her throat, bandaged arm and a bruised left eye. The one person we know did not do it is Johnny Depp, who had been on tour and out of the country for [two] weeks.”
