Now one of Amber's witness' Josh Drew - who was previously married to Amber's best friend, Raquel 'Rocky' Pennington - has told during testimony that the The Playboy Club star was allegedly involved in a three-way affair, according to reports.
According to the outlet, attorney Benjamin Chew quizzed: "Did Rocky tell you Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?"Drew - who has since split from Raquel - replied: "Yes."
The legal professional then asked: "Did she ever tell you in words or substance while Amber was still married to Johnny Depp that the three of them, Amber Heard, Elon Musk and Carla Delevingne spent the night together?". Drew replied: "Yes, to the specific date, I can't say."
The outlet was told by a source: "Cara could also be compelled to give evidence - by either party,' an insider confirmed. 'It's definitely a possibility. Almost anything can happen in this case."
Musk was subpoenaed by Johnny's legal team last year and asked to turn over any communication he swapped with Amber during her during her marriage to Depp as well as anything mentioning alleged incidents of domestic violence.
Adam Waldman released a statement reading: "Despite his repeated public statements to the contrary, witnesses testified Elon Musk was spending late nights in Johnny Depp’s penthouse with Amber Heard as early as one month after Ms Heard married Mr Depp.
"But of legal significance, witnesses place Mr Musk with Ms Heard at the time she was executing her abuse hoax against Mr Depp in May 2016. We have questions for Mr Musk, once he stops evading his subpoena, as he has done since 2019."
