Second chances or second degree?

Second chances or second degree?
The Issue
My name is Tyrese B. Harrison. I was born in Youngstown, Ohio although raised in Bremerton, Washington where my immediate release and reentry back into society can be granted with your vote in the next 6 months.
In 2009, I was charged with second degree murder for shooting someone in the arm that resulted in death due to the bullet piercing his heart in a drug deal gone bad in Seattle, Washington. With ineffective assistance of counsel as well as myself, a 22 year old at the time, who was illiterate to the law, I accepted a seventeen years guilty plea to second degree murder without a factual basis or any elements to support that charge. Ten years later and after educating myself on the matter, I am fighting to overturn the sentence considering that the evidence in my case doesn't support the charge that I was given and WASN'T contradicted by any description of events given by myself. For example, an Extensive Examination of the death scene(Physical evidence), the testimony from the State witness medical examiner(Forensic evidence), and many witnesses testimony all was in favor of the true point and fact that this was not a second degree murder, but instead a manslaughter. If I was to receive a charge of manslaughter as the evidence supports, I would have at this time served the required sentence. I am seeking to be released and accredited for time served.(10 years)
With no support and adjusting to serving time in prison, I was faced with a transitional nightmare. Once I established a consistent support system I have completed seven accredited college courses and am currently in the process of obtaining and Associate's of Applied Science in Business Degree through Gray's Harbor Community College.
With your signature, you'll be in support of correcting an injustice on the behalf of the Washington state judicial system, and giving second chances to those who are anticipating a positive and productive outcome for figures that have been casted away unjustly in society. This is significant to understanding the injustice that is occurring in the criminal justice system.
Your signature demonstrates your support in confronting this problem that effects thousands in our society. We welcome you to becoming apart of the solution. Believe in us, Tyrese B. Harrison.
