Our goal is to urge the council to either create or renew a basketball court in the Kiama area. This will motivate the younger and older populations to go outside and exercise as well as socialise. A basketball court in the area would also be positive for young people’s mental well-being. Basketball has increased in popularity recently and the kids of Kiama High School AGREE! 

There is currently no basketball court in the town of Kiama. However there are many places where a basketball court could be located.
