Kill, torture, hurt, burn, shoot or stab stray animals, cops are not obliged to do anything against this. We can change this if you vote against this and get this to The Kuwaiti Parliament, please vote for this and get this to The Kuwaiti Parliament!

I care for this because I know this account on Instagram called kareq8, they are CONSTANTLY saving poor stray animals that are being abused, and I personally have seen kids kick and torture poor cats near stores and hangout places, almost all cats and dogs in Kuwait that are stray are in constant pain and always have some kind of disability, whether a broken leg or no eyes...
