This is written on behalf of the students of MG University. The University hs decided to conduct it's semester exams from 15 June onwards.
Proceeding to conduct offline exams in middle of a pandemic has posed the following problems:
1) Students staying out of state find it difficult to reach the exam centre in time for the exam or find accommodation beforehand.
2) Students who used to travel by private buses to reach college, no longer have bus service in their area.
3) Majority of the students have not received the vaccine, hence they are susceptible to the virus.
4) Students live with people who can easily be infected by the virus.
5) Students living on their own, will have no one to care for them if they contract the virus.

Conducting offline exams with the hope that students wouldn't contract the virus is very risky. The students aren't asking you to cancel the exam; we're asking you to take into consideration the problems listed above and conduct the exam “ONLINE”

Kindly consider our request since this is a life and death matter.
