Advocating for the rights of local land owners to have a voice in regards to the proposed Louisville bypass. Many of Spencer County Kentucky's residents have lived their entire lives on land that has been passed down for generations. Many of which do not wish to see their peaceful lives disrupted by a major bypass being built through Spencer County, so that traffic in Louisville Kentucky can be lighter. Many of these effected individuals will have part of their land taken from them, and others will have there lives effected in other ways. As the peaceful rural life gives way to suburban development.
