Well folks, it looks like the e-text ship will be looking for a new captain soon. Kent MacDonald is off to SFU. Good luck to him. Hopefully for the students at SFU, MacDonald has learned from the blunders and screw-ups at Algonquin College's e-text imposition. I can only hope that the Students' Association at SFU is prepared to meet any ideas he brings with him from AC with some healthy scepticism. Meanwhile, students at AC will continue to endure under a model that is unfair to students and unjustly enriches publishers' bottom line. Good luck Mr. MacDonald!
