Seeing as how, AC removed my post from its future student FB page, I'd like to give students considering AC some advice. First off, AC, apart of the E-text experiment, is a good school. The instructors are top rate and you'll earn great workplace-related skills (I know, I graduated in 2006, and got a job immediately). The school's facilities are second-to-none. Now, the caveat. You're picking a school. Hopefully for its program and based on your interests. Don't pick your school based on e-texts, printed texts, or any other material. Know what you're getting into. If you're applying to AC email weathel(at)algonquincollege.com. Clarify whether or not your program will be an e-text program. Ask what your rights will be re: refunds if you don't like working with e-texts. Get this info in writing. Ask for term and conditions relating to your participation in an etext program. If you R concerned, check out other schools. St. Lawrence, Loyalist, Cite, etc. EmbrACe choice! @marklundie1
