On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, Wendy Rittenhouse (mother) transported her 17-year-old, Kyle Rittenhouse (son) across state lines with guns and ammunition in the car from Illinois to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Upon reaching Kenosha, Wendy gave her son guns and ammunition which he then used to commit 3 shootings that led to the murder of 2 protesters, one which was shot in the head almost at point-blank range. 

By transporting her son across state lines and supplying him with weapons he wasn't old enough to purchase on his own, Wendy aided and abetted in her son committing felony crimes and therefore should be brought up on federal felony charges.

This crime spree is no different than the DC Sniper case where John Allen Muhammad and his stepson Lee Boyd Malvo traveled across state lines and murdered numerous people. This mother and son duo should be held to the same legal standard and we are requesting that both local and federal charges be brought against both Wendy and Kyle for their blatant disregard for life.
