The Citizens of North Carolina are submitting this petition to our REPUBLICAN STATE LEGISLATORS in the General Assembly (State Representatives and Senators).  We are asking for a thorough forensic audit of every vote to ensure that only the legal votes were counted; and an investigation for objective evidence of voter fraud in our history of our state and also surrounding the recent 2020 gubernatorial election.  

THE REASONS FOR THIS REQUEST ARE DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Testimonies from the People of North Carolina.  Comments that I have received from various NC Patriots from a prayer group I formed for Dan Forest as Governor.  Here's some of their comments:

• "No way the rest of the state went GOP and only the Governor Demo . .  . tracks, numbers AND fingerprints all over it with fraud."  - - Miley, Charlotte NC
• "Mary C Medford . . my wife, son and I voted on election day.  It is saying that we never voted. We know several people who this has happened to in our area and not just at our voting poll!"   - - John, Kings Mountain
• "My absentee vote was accepted . . . but it doesn't say it was counted. . ." --Beth E.
• "Mary, when I went to vote at 0635 hrs in Bath, my verification came up as already voted. They tried to correct it and had to call the Board of Elections to have the computer fields cleared.  I told Keith Kidwell who had an attorney come over an take my statement about it. . . . Also computers froze up when I was there and even the bin where we deposited the ballots stopped working . ."   Donna, Bath NC

2. Sudden change in lead.  On Election night 2020, some have said that it was noted that Governor Candidate, Dan Forest was ahead of Roy Cooper, having  61% of the vote; then in the morning, the lead was suddenly cut. 

3. History of Report of Voter Fraud in North Carolina

• 2016 Governor's Election.  "In [2016] North Carolina, Durham County faced difficulties transferring data off of the memory cards in its vote scanning machine bought from Election Systems & Software. . . . . The glitch, the result of memory limitations in the counting software, caused a late-night lead change in the gubernatorial race from then-incumbent Pat McCrory to challenger and eventual victor Roy Cooper, despite the state’s website reporting that the county had already completed tallying its votes." Voter Machine Ordered for North Carolina
• Related to the first point is that Election Systems & Software (which had "glitches" in the 2016 Governor's election) was again selected for use this Election 2020:  "As of 2020, voting systems from three different vendors – Clear Ballot , Election Systems and Software (ES&S) and Hart InterCivic are approved for use in North Carolina elections. Governor McCrory requested an investigation into Voter Fraud for the 2016 Governor's race as there was an issue of voter fraud in Bladen County, and was concerned that there other counties that may have voter fraud. Governor McCrory Request for Investigation into Voter Fraud

4. On July 30, 2020 the North Carolina Board of Election (CBE) Executive Director, Karen Bell issued a numbered memo (2020-15) to County Boards of of Election that enables anyone to request absentee ballots for unsuspecting neighbors and missing voters.  SBE Memo: Seven Ways to Steal Elections

5.  On Oct 30, 2020 (Raleigh) — Leaked email from the NC Democrat Party has exposed massive plans of a “supplementary project” that will deploy volunteers into key districts after Election Day in order to harvest enough corrective or “curing certificates” during the three nine days allowed mandated by law activist judges in order to flip any close losses.   

“Their project is a lot like the Democrats’ ballot harvesting efforts used in 2018 to try and steal Mark Harris’ congressional victory,” said Jay DeLancy, Co-Founder of Voter Integrity Project – NC. “Though complicated, their new and improved plan is far more dangerous.” New Democrat Ballot Harvesting Strategy Exposed by Leaked Email

6. On Nov 24, 2020 (Raleigh) In a Winston-Salem Journal article, “Ballot re-check finds double votes and wrongfully rejected ballots in Forsyth County,” by Wes Young, raises major concerns about how much of a certain type of voter fraud occurred for this election.   Quoting Young’s article…“after election officials discovered 11 cases of voters voting twice”

“Tim Tsujii, the director of elections, told the Forsyth County Board of Elections during the special meeting on Monday. . . the cases of double voting were discovered on Sunday as workers tried to finalize voting history records.  That check found that 11 voters had voted twice: In 10 cases, the voter had both voted in person and had turned in an absentee ballot. In the other case, a voter had voted in person and had also cast a provisional ballot.”  Forsyth Double Voting in 2020 Election

7.  On Nov 21, 2020 Elizabethtown, NC — Bladen County recount was conducted despite Voter Integrity Project analysis revealing that as of 7:30 today, Bladen County Board of Elections data reports 392 Same-Day-Registration (SDR) voters as not yet verified, meaning they have no idea if the registrations are legitimate or not. Of those, only four were coded as “verification pending,” which means the CBE had initiated a verification mailing to the alleged voter. The remaining 388 are listed as “unverified new,” which suggests no mailing has been initiated.  Every one of those unverified voters are listed as “active,” which means their votes were counted.  Voter Integrity Project,"Nearly 400 Unverified Voters Make Bladen’s Recount a Hoax" "

The above are a few examples of why we, the People of the State of North Carolina are requesting a thorough investigation for voter fraud.  We are also asking, you, our state legislators whom we have elected for such a time of this, to support and stand for the People of North Carolina, as we voted and want to make sure that our vote counted, and that future elections are purged of any potential voter fraud scandal. 

Hence in closing, when we elected all of you, we trusted you to stand for us.  As we are in the face of crisis within our State and Nation over voter fraud and corruption of many kinds, we are humbly asking you to be our voice and to hold a hearing and thoroughly investigate our past history and recent election, especially the Governor's race for voter fraud.
