Hi Everyone
As you may or may not know, The Royal Parks are taking steps to gate and close Primrose Hill Park, potentially at dusk (4:30pm in the winter months). We cannot let this happen.
Please fill out this survey to have your voice heard: https://surveys.trueology.com/s3/Primrose-Hill
This 'Engagement Survey' about potential gating of Primrose Hill is also being disseminated to 37 000 local households and there will be surveyors in the park this weekend. It is heavily biased and leading with 5 out of 6 options involving gating the park.
PLEASE FILL OUT THE SURVEY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCES IN THE PARK AND YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT GATES
Recent police numbers show that the biggest 'crime' on the hill this summer was people climbing over the gates... GATES DON'T WORK!
Thank you for your help and support!
Yours,
The “Keep the Hill Open” team
Royal Park Annual Statement
The recent Royal Parks Annual Statement had a paragraph in from Nick Biddle, Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill Park Manager stating:
"On Primrose Hill, we saw an increase in anti- social behaviour over the spring and summer months while Covid restrictions were still in place, including groups gathering, playing loud music and leaving litter. However, this declined for the remainder of the year, and visitor numbers and behaviour have now returned to pre-pandemic levels."
