Amili Ndayisaba ist mehr als nur ein Name in den Akten der Einwanderungsbehörden. Amili ist aktuell von der Ausweisung aus Deutschland bedroht. In ein Land, Ruanda in Afrika,  das er nicht kennt und wo er keine sozialen oder familiären Wurzeln hat. 

Für unsere Familie ist er wie ein Sohn. Als junger Erwachsener lebte er bei uns und wurde ein untrennbarer Teil unseres Lebens. Es ist unvorstellbar und zutiefst beunruhigend, dass Amili, der seit seinem fünften Lebensjahr in Deutschland lebt, plötzlich der Abschiebung ins Auge sehen muss. In seinem Geburtsort kennt er niemanden und er spricht die Landessprache nicht. Seine Heimat ist Deutschland.

Amili kam vor 22 Jahren nach Deutschland und hat hier seine gesamte Kindheit und Jugend verbracht. Er hat sein Fachabitur erfolgreich abgelegt und sich beruflich als Mediengestalter etabliert. Er ist ein eigenständiger, fleißiger Bürger, der niemals auf öffentliche Unterstützung angewiesen war. Alle seine Freunde, seine Arbeit und sein gesamtes Leben sind hier verankert.

Es liegen bereits 80 Stellungnahmen vor welche sich persönlich für eine Verbleib von Amili in Deutschland aussprechen.

Es ist ungerecht und unmenschlich, ihm diese Heimat zu nehmen aufgrund eines bürokratischen Fehlers – seines abgelaufenen Passes. Die historische und gesellschaftliche Rolle Deutschlands sollte es sein, nicht nur Gesetze zu beachten, sondern auch Menschlichkeit zu zeigen.

Wir fordern die zuständigen Behörden auf, die angedrohte Abschiebung von Amili sofort zu stoppen. Lassen Sie nicht zu, dass ein junger Mann, der sein ganzes Leben hier aufgebaut hat, entwurzelt wird. Petition: Right to Stay for Amili Ndayisaba

The Problem

Amili Ndayisaba is more than just a name in the files of the immigration authorities.

He represents a life that has been rooted in Germany for more than two decades — a life now threatened by deportation.

Amili came to Germany at the age of five. He grew up here, completed his technical high school diploma, found his profession as a media designer, and built his place in society.

He is independent, hardworking, and has never relied on public assistance. His friendships, his work, and his home — everything that defines him — are here.

Yet now he faces deportation to a country he does not know: Rwanda.

There he has no family, no social ties, and he does not speak the local language. His home is — and always has been — Germany.

For our family, Amili is like a son. He lived with us and has been a part of our lives for many years.

That he should lose his home after more than 22 years in Germany — because of a bureaucratic detail, an expired passport — is unthinkable.

More than 80 letters of support from friends, employers, and community members confirm how deeply Amili is rooted in German society.

Our Demand

We call upon the responsible authorities to

👉 immediately stop the threatened deportation of Amili Ndayisaba,

👉 secure his right to remain in Germany,

👉 and thereby take a stand for justice, humanity, and responsibility.

Germany should not only enforce its laws, but also show compassion.

A bureaucratic error must not destroy an entire life.

Le problème

Amili Ndayisaba n’est pas seulement un nom dans les dossiers de l’immigration.

Il incarne une vie enracinée en Allemagne depuis plus de vingt ans — une vie aujourd’hui menacée d’expulsion.

Amili est arrivé en Allemagne à l’âge de cinq ans. Il y a grandi, a obtenu son baccalauréat professionnel, trouvé sa vocation comme graphiste et s’est pleinement intégré dans la société.

Il est indépendant, travailleur et n’a jamais dépendu de l’aide publique. Ses amis, son emploi, sa vie entière — tout est ici.

Aujourd’hui, on veut le renvoyer dans un pays qu’il ne connaît pas : le Rwanda.

Il n’y a ni famille, ni attaches sociales, et il ne parle pas la langue locale. Sa maison, son vrai foyer, c’est l’Allemagne.

Pour notre famille, Amili est comme un fils. Il a vécu chez nous et fait partie de notre vie depuis de nombreuses années.

Qu’il puisse perdre son foyer après plus de 22 ans en Allemagne — à cause d’un simple détail administratif, un passeport expiré — est impensable.

Plus de 80 lettres de soutien d’amis, d’employeurs et de membres de la communauté témoignent de son intégration profonde dans la société allemande.

Notre demande

Nous appelons les autorités compétentes à

👉 arrêter immédiatement la menace d’expulsion d’Amili Ndayisaba,

👉 garantir son droit de séjour en Allemagne,

👉 et ainsi affirmer un engagement pour la justice, l’humanité et la responsabilité.

L’Allemagne doit non seulement appliquer ses lois, mais aussi faire preuve de compassion.

Une erreur bureaucratique ne doit pas détruire une vie entière.
