KEEP WESTMINSTER HILLS DOG PARK COMPLETELY OFF-LEASH!

The Issue

The City of Westminster is proposing to change our 400+ acres of off-leash open space to 360 acres of on-leash open space to allowing us a mere 40 acres of off-leash area.

This would effect approx 1 million annual visitors. Most importantly this would effect the local residents who visit this beloved park on a daily basis. This proposal would destroy our community of dog and open-space enthusiasts.

The City’s proposal would condense the area and cause congestion of people and dogs with the increased potential for dog fights.

We need to act quickly as this change is to be implemented end of June 2024!
