This is a petition to keep Waterworld Aquatic center in Tea Tree Gully open all year round.

Tea Tree Gully Waterworld is a local government operated public swimming centre.

The outdoor pool is closed during the cooler months and the community would love for it to be open all year round to enjoy.

The community pool is important to a large group of diverse swimmers. The staff are amazing. 

This petition has been created to prove to the council that there are enough patrons to justify keeping the pool open throughout winter.

• Many elderly people depend on the pool for exercise and community 
• Lap swimmers would love the opportunity to keep swimming throughout the year 
• Swim lessons and swim groups could continue to train
