At the very lively January 14, 2025 Glendale City Council meeting, the council decided to remove contract funding for demolition & relocation of Velma Teague Library. While I would not say it is "saved", the fate of VTM ~ renovation, rebuilding, moving, demolition ~ will be determined at a later date. For now, enjoy this treasured part of Glendale's past.
