We, the residents of Tradition, want to keep our beautiful nature trail that flows throughout the Southern part of our community. This trail connects the suburban sections of our community to the remaining natural preserves throughout the Southern sections of Tradition. The extensive preserve land and last remaining oak hammock in the area provide many natural benefits including:

• A peaceful natural setting, seldom found in suburbia
• Over 100 acres of natural preserve space
• A trail that can be used for walking, hiking, biking and more
• Space for outdoor recreational activities such as trail running, birdwatching, picnicking and more
• Opportunities for our children to get away from video games and go outside to learn about the environment, preservation, biology, wetlands and more
• A habitat for native wildlife and plants
