Liz Truss broke all the boundaries yesterday when she claimed that she was breaking international law because she was a "patriot".

Theresa May, who incidentally I'm not a great fan of, became the adult in the room when she declared that Truss's actions were not legal, would not deliver and would diminish our role as an international leader.
