My peers at John G. Althouse and I usually take the school bus. We've been recently told that next year we will be forced to switch to public transit or get driven due to the discontinuation of our usual buses. Not only that, but some people are forced to leave because they have no way to get to school safely. This change has disrupted our daily routines and also raised serious safety concerns.

Public transit is often overcrowded and lacks the level of safety measures that are present on our school buses. We're not alone in this predicament; many others who relied on these bus routes are now facing similar challenges.
