Steve Kerr embodies the spirit of San Francisco.  The players love him.  He matches the value we hold dear—integrity.   The patience to guide and encourage.  Accepting people for who they are. 

Steve Kerr's track record speaks for itself.  But it's the culture of human decency and respect that he cultivates within the team that truly sets him apart.  Steve Kerr stands as a beacon of stability and morality. The courage to lead and speak has been unique in the sports world.  He takes a stance on nonviolence and human dignity.  It’s the Bay.  

In our chaotic country right now, we should acknowledge and prioritize what truly matters - strength in numbers in ways that support humanity.   The team feels that.  You can’t put a big enough price tag on team spirit and an environment where players want to stay and play for Steve Kerr.  Unlucky injuries impact team wins but are not a reason to blame coaching.
