Salvage House Bar has become more than just a pub - it's a lifeline for our community in the heart of Ribble Valley. With weekend afternoon music and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it is beloved by villagers and visitors alike. Created by locals for the locals, it has brought a new level of connection and spirit to our village. Closing at 10:30 pm each night, it ensures that any noise does not intrude into the peace of the night, and its positive atmosphere discourages any disturbances. 

However, one of our cherished local social hub is now under threat. Ribble Valley Borough Council has not approved its planning for regularisation for use of a bar & music venue, putting it at risk of imminent closure. It is difficult to ignore the impact this will have on the village - the loss of livelihoods, reduced visitor interest, and a blow to the local economy. 

Now more than ever, in a time when physical connection and community strength are paramount, we need to save the Salvage House Bar.
