In Touch With Congressman Meuser's Office

I spoke to a staffer from Congressman Dan Meuser's office, who let me know their office reached out to ICE and USCIS to request more information regarding Ratha's case. They have not received a response from either agency yet. They advised me (and his wife, Kasey) that Ratha can complete ICE Form 60-001 to release his information to a third-party entity, such as an attorney, to begin acting on his legal behalf. The public record systems that show court dates and other available information have not yet shown anything. 

We will continue to be in touch as they learn more, and I'll post updates here.
