A motion has been made to the Tangley Oaks HOA Board to remove the fencing around the Tangley Oaks tennis coarts, picnic area and green space. Removal of the adjoining park lot was also requested. 

Removal would come at a substantial cost to Tangley Oaks residents. Removal would also adversely affect the community space making the tennis courts largely useless. 

This petition is DENY the motion to remove the fencing and parking lot. We propose that funds that would be used to remove the fencing and parking lot instead be used to create a designated space within the fencing where Tangley Oaks dogs may exercise and interact off-leash.
