For many of us, watching EastEnders has been a way to unwind after a long day, finding comfort in the familiar faces that have become an integral part of our lives. Oscar Branning, portrayed by the talented Pierre, is one such character. Over the years, he has captivated our hearts with his performances, bringing a unique presence to the show that adds depth and emotion to each scene he's in.

It has recently been reported that Oscar Branning might be leaving EastEnders, and many of us fans are deeply saddened by this potential loss. His character is not just another face on the screen; he represents a part of the community that resonates with countless viewers. Oscar's storylines have been pivotal, addressing real-life issues and providing viewers with much-needed representation. He has been a breath of fresh air on the show and makes us all laugh with his witty one liners!!

The decision to potentially write Oscar Branning out of the show feels premature, as there are still so many stories left to tell. From his struggles to his triumphs, Oscar has been a character that many of us relate to on a personal level. Losing him could diminish the richness that EastEnders is known for.

We are calling upon the producers of EastEnders to reconsider their decision and find opportunities to further develop Oscar's character. Keeping him in the show will not only maintain continuity but will also honour the loyalty of the fans who have supported him for so long.

We understand that television shows must evolve, but they must also listen to their viewers. Oscar Branning's departure would leave a void that could disappoint many dedicated fans. Therefore, we urge the producers to heed our plea and keep Oscar as a vital part of EastEnders.

By signing this petition, you add your voice to many others who wish to keep Pierre as Oscar Branning on the show. Let's come together to make sure he remains in our beloved EastEnders family.
