The Issue

We, as Ms. Rozelle’s students, have built strong connections with her and are extremely appreciative of her presence and impact on this school. She has taught her students, influenced them, and guided them toward a successful future while fostering great connections among peers. We, the class of 2027, wish to learn more from her in our last year at this school, attend our graduation with her, and leave a leading impression on the incoming freshmen.

Ms. Rozelle is beloved by her students, not just because of her exceptional teaching abilities but also due to her genuine care for each of us. Over the years, she has gone above and beyond to provide support both academically and emotionally, creating an inclusive and nurturing environment that has allowed us to thrive.

The news that Ms. Rozelle is to be let go due to low enrollment rates for the 2026-2027 year is devastating. As current students and alumni can attest, her unwavering dedication and passion for teaching have been instrumental in shaping a supportive community at our school. Ms. Rozelle’s departure would be a significant loss for the class of 2027 and for future generations who would benefit greatly from her wisdom and guidance.

We humbly ask for your support to allow Ms. Rozelle to stay on for one more year until the class of 2027’s graduation. Keeping her with us will ensure continuity in our education and enable us to achieve our full potential under her mentorship. We believe this is a reasonable request that will ultimately benefit the students, the school, and the community as a whole.

Please join us in advocating for Ms. Rozelle’s continued presence at our school by signing this petition. By doing so, you acknowledge the vital role she plays in our education and the long-lasting positive impact she has on her students. Your signature is not just a vote for one teacher, but a stand for quality education and meaningful student-teacher relationships. Thank you for your support.
