We need to keep Ms. Hernandez as the drama/theater teacher because we feel her teaching style has helped us enjoy class more. Not only that her theatre/drama warm-ups help keep everyone engaged in class. She is also a very encouraging person and I am grateful she was our long-term sub because she helped us stay confident in class and performing. Yes Ms. Wezelman is also an amazing teacher, but she has constantly been late to class and she has consistently missed school and had long absences, we have also had Ms. Hernandez since the beginning of the first trimester and we are more comfortable performing in-front of her than Ms. Wezelman who we don't know well. Since Ms. Wezelman has come back she has also made plans to change the entire curriculum and we are only a few weeks away from finals. We understand that you may not or cannot fire her but we would really appreciate if we could keep Ms. Hernandez until the end of the school year.
