Love's fuel stations want to put a travel stop in a small community at the entrance of a busy and well taken care of subdivision.  The location also would utilize a roundabout as its entrance.  The type of environment travel stops like theirs bring with drugs, prostitution, crime, and noise are an unwelcome addition to this area.
