Hello, My Triple Creek Neighbors, family, and friends.  I'm Vladimir Local Business Owner and the owner of the Beverage Vending Machine within the Hammock Clubhouse. My vending machine has been placed in this location serving the community for about a 2 1/2 yrs. The initial placement was a trial run to hopefully see the convenience that it would bring to the community, also with a promise to sit and talk regarding future machine placements and upgrades according to what Triple creek residents would like.

This petition that I'm presenting is to help keep my business local and not given to a Bigger retailer who will come in and jack up prices to accommodate the wishes of the CDD Board.  Big Vendors are limited to selections provided no matter what they say, in the long run it will never be profitable for them, as for a small vendor myself, I am able to adjust vending selections to accommodate the neighborhood as much as possible.  Also as a resident of Triple-Creek and I’m able to assist with any issues right away or within 24hours or less far from what the big Vendors are able to do. I always reach out when ever I am needed.  Whenever an issue comes up, I am there whithin minutes to rectify the issue. Today 05/16/2022 the CDD Board has voted to remove my Machine from Hammock Club and invite a new vendor in my place. You can review the documents at this link : https://www.triplecreekcdd.com/. I feel the decision was not based on the residents of the community but more for profit, my 6% vs the 10% that the other vendor is providing not on service and convenience for the community.  Note I only have one machine at 6% profit. Many of the kids in the community know who I am.  Although not by name but by face, I offer them free Drinks when they're hanging out at the clubhouse.  I have been told that the CDD Board is siding with me multiple times only to have spent more Money and be denied in the end.  I offered to Support the Juneteenth with Discounted drinks for the day of their up comming event . Only to be denied to provide it to them now since I will not be in location any longer.  I was also hoping to do the same with the 4th of July and many other events following. The CDD board has voted but it is not concrete.  I have 72hours to reverse the decision and the power of my community to reverse the outcome of the vote.  With the support of this wonderful community please help me keep my machine in the Hammock club and any other clubhouse going fourth.  Please sign my petition including your full name and contact number I would appreciate it.
