The Issue

With a heavy heart, I want to share that Himanshu will be moving from Pune to his native Rajasthan in May. This means the upcoming MJPL will be his last with us. This is not just a huge loss for our Megajoints team but also a personal loss for me. He is someone whose judgment and decisions I could blindly trust and support — whether it was about opponents, internal team matters, or crucial tournament situations. Having someone like him in the team gives a captain and teammates immense confidence.

Himanshu has been an invaluable asset to our team and the community in Pune. Over the years, his presence has fostered a sense of unity and determination that resonates with every match we play. His strategic insights, leadership qualities, and compassionate approach have not only enhanced our team's performance but also enriched our collaborative spirit. Removing him from this vibrant environment would leave a void that may never truly be filled.

Moreover, Pune has become more than just a workplace for Himanshu. It is a place where he has built relationships, formed memories, and contributed significantly to the local community. His involvement extends beyond the field; it touches lives through community engagement and empowerment.

Himanshu's departure would disrupt not just a team but an entire community that relies on his presence and contribution. To our dear Pune community, let's come together to make an appeal for him to stay. His role cannot be understated, and keeping him here would benefit not just us but many others who look up to him.

We urge Himanshu, his family, and all decision-makers to consider the significant impact his presence has on our team and community. Let's unite our voices and show our support for keeping Himanshu in Pune, where he is needed and cherished. Please sign this petition to make a difference and help us retain a beloved leader and friend.
